Leadership Team
Elected by club members each Spring, in office from Autumn. All five of us are at most meetings — say hi in person, or find us on Discord.
Who Does What
Five elected roles, and what each one is actually on the hook for.

| President | Runs the club day to day — meetings, events, and keeping the rest of us on track. Also our rep to the Coalition of Academic Teams. |
| Vice President | Backs up the President, handles the paperwork nobody else wants, and fills in when they’re away. |
| Treasurer | Looks after the budget and gets your reimbursements back to you. |
| Chair of Volunteering | Runs the teaching program and keeps us plugged into the Hyde Park and wider Chicago chess scene. |
| Chair of Inclusivity & Outreach | Brings new people in, and makes sure the club stays a place they want to stay. |
Constitution
The full rules, if you’re into that sort of thing. Elections are ranked-choice among club members — and if there is ever a perfect tie, the candidates settle it over the board, best of two at Game/15. Easily our favorite clause.
